Since 2017, the University of Graz is hosting its highly successful Marie Sklodowska-Curie-Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF) workshop in collaboration with expert support from the Austrian National Contact Point (NCP). Over the past years, the Centre for Southeast European Studies and the Field of Excellence “Dimensions of Europeanization” have been able to successfully secure 11 Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowships. The Field of Excellence seeks to build on this success to attract researchers for a two year stay at the University of Graz. The Deadline is 13th September 2023.

Am Bundesinstitut für Kultur und Geschichte der Deutschen im östlichen Europa (BKGE) in Oldenburg (Oldb.), einer Bundesanstalt im Geschäftsbereich der Beauftragten der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien (BKM), ist zum 1. September 2023 die Vollzeitstelle einer/s Wissenschaftlichen Angestellten (m/w/d) im Bereich Deutsche Literatur und Sprache des östlichen Europas zu besetzen. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 28.2.2023.

Das IKGS schreibt, beginnend mit dem Herbst 2023, ein sechsmonatiges Fellowship aus. Gesucht wird ein/eine PostDoc mit Forschungsschwerpunkt im disziplinären, epochalen und regionalen Arbeitsgebiet des Instituts. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 28.2.2023.

Das Stipendienprogramm „Metropolen in Osteuropa“ wendet sich an weltoffene deutsche Studentinnen und Studenten, die in einem dieser Länder studieren oder ein wissenschaftliches Vorhaben realisieren möchten. Beantragt werden kann die Förderung eines in der Regel einjährigen Auslandsaufenthalts (Mindestdauer 7 Monate – Höchstdauer 4 Semester) mit Intensivsprachkurs im Zielland und/oder studienbegleitendem Sprachunterricht. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 15.3.2023.

The Institute for Danube Swabian History and Regional Studies calls for invites applications for participation in the annual institute conference to be held in Tübingen, Germany, October 12-14, 2023. Online participation is possible in exceptional cases.
